Return/Exchange

We want you to love your Ida Sun Jewelry. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns & exchanges.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Email us at support@idasunjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or style, subject to availability.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Costumers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Each Ida Sun piece is created to be worn and loved. We appreciate your understanding and support of a small, independent brand.
